How do I transition my dog to your raw food?
See our helpful how to switch guide
My pet isn't eating your food. What can I do?
Some pets may struggle with change, especially those that have only known dry, processed food or kibble their entire lives. Fortunately, there are several strategies you can try to help ease the transition:
- Transition gradually: Introduce the new diet slowly to give your pet time to adjust. This prevents digestive upset and helps them get used to the taste and texture.
- Experiment with different proteins: Try starting with a different type of meat to find one your pet prefers.
- Enhance the aroma: Mix their meals with our flavorful cooked dog food or broths. The enticing smell can help encourage them to try the new diet.
- Serve slightly frozen: Offer raw food partially frozen or slightly thawed. Then, gradually reduce the frozen portion over time.
- Be patient: While tough love can work, and a healthy dog will eventually eat what's offered, it's important to monitor them to ensure they aren’t fasting too long.
The key is experimentation! Pets that resist raw food are often reacting to the texture or less intense smell. With patience and a bit of trial and error, you’ll discover what works best for your dog.
Can I cook your food?
Cooking destroys many of the vital nutrients—such as vitamins, minerals, and enzymes—that make raw food so beneficial. To ensure your dog receives the full nutritional value, always serve it raw. We do offer a range of cooked options in our products range as requested for older dogs, sick or fussy eaters.
How long does your food last in the freezer or fridge?
Our food can be safely stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. Once thawed, we recommend keeping it in a sealed container in the refrigerator and using it within 2 days. Be sure to discard any thawed food that no longer looks or smells fresh
Is the bone in your food dangerous?
The bones in ur meals have been ground down in the mincing of meat stage.Bone is a vital component of raw dog food, providing essential calcium and other important nutrients. The bone is essential for a healthy diet. It is still important to give our dog raw meaty bones for jaw and teeth health but also mental stimulation. Never feed any kind of cooked bone. If you dog finds bones on the road, take out of their mouth as maybe a hazard. Watch dogs constantly when feeding whole raw bones.
Do your products contain preservatives or other additives?
Our food is 100% natural. No artificial ingredients, or over processed supplements, additives etc are used. Everything is fresh natural local and human grade quality.
Can my dog get sick from eating raw meat?
Dogs are biologically designed to thrive on a raw food diet, including handling naturally occurring bacteria. Their highly acidic stomachs and short digestive tracts help neutralize pathogens without causing health issues. However, to ensure safety, always follow proper storage and handling practices to prevent harmful bacteria from developing.
We regularly lab-test our batches, which consistently meet bacterial safety standards and have always tested negative.
Additionally, our production kitchen is NKV-certified, ensuring we adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation requirements.
Can feeding raw meat give my dog worms or parasites?
Dogs fed raw meat aren’t more prone to worms than those on other diets. In fact, your dog is far more likely to pick up worms from environments like the beach or during walks where they come into contact with other dogs’ waste.
If you suspect your dog has been exposed, we recommend taking a stool sample to your vet for testing. If no eggs are found, there’s no need to deworm your dog.
The idea that raw-fed dogs need monthly deworming is a myth. Raw being dangerous to carnivores makes no sense! Lies created by corporates that make carb based kibbles for quick profit. Society has been sold a lie, and kibble is killing our pets.
Can I mix kibble and raw together?
Feed as much raw as you possibly can. If you are on a budget and need to supplement with kibble than its fine. In general processed food and raw food breaks down in the gut at different rates so this may cause stomach upsets. What ever fresh food a pet can receive is better than nothing though.
What is the difference between raw food diets for dogs and cats?
Cats are obligate carnivores, which means they need a meat-based diet to thrive. Our raw cat food is specially formulated with a high meat content and enriched with taurine, an essential amino acid for both cats and kittens
Is it normal for my dog to be drinking less water when fed raw?
Yes, our food is naturally high in moisture, containing approximately 70%, whereas dry pet food typically has only about 10% moisture content.
Can my puppy eat your food?
Yes our food is perfect for your growing puppy! Its very important to feed 4-6% of puppies weight-in food a day for growth. Spread over a few meals a day with lots of water and raw bone to chew for teeth and jaw health.
when is it best to feed my dog cooked food not raw food?
Some dogs with sensitive digestive systems may struggle to handle raw food and find cooked food easier to digest. Additionally, dogs with compromised immune systems—or those living with people who have compromised immune systems—face a real risk of illness from pathogens. Older dogs and sick dogs might find cooked food easier on their stomachs and teeth/jaw.
Can my senior dog eat your raw dog food?
Yes our raw dog food is perfect for dogs of all ages!
What is the difference between Raw Dog Food & Raw Cat Food?
Cats are obligate carnivores, requiring a diet rich in meat. They shouldnt be eating dry food like kibble at all and this can result in kidney and liver failure. All they need is meat rich in taurine, an essential amino acid vital for both cats and kittens."

Ordered from here for my own dog after I saw this was what my uncle uses to feed his dog. That dog always eats well and it shows in how his coat is always smooth & shines. It’s nice to see quality ingredients used to feed pets!! My dog always fights me for his food during feeding time lol
I tried this service for my Milo, and it’s been great! He’s got more energy, especially at mealtime, and his coat is looking more shinier and softer. It’s a simple, natural boost that’s made him feel and look better. Definitely recommend it if you want to see a change!
Blue has never been so excited to eat. Its really something to see. He licks every the bowl clean and the tiles. The ingredients are fresh and smell intense, this is what dogs love I guess. Money well spent
